this is the worst app for work orders. only using it because my company requires it. it constantly crashes when trying to take photos of equipment. I've counted before and I had to take the same photo 8 times before it would accept and not crash. and that is just 1 photo. I usually have 5-8 photos average per piece of equipment. the only way I've gotten around it is to take 100s of photos on the phones gallery and upload them all later. Why even offer the option to take a photo if it won't

This is probably the worst way I have ever worked invoices in 30 plus years. However, long it takes your guys to do a single invoice you might as well expect on doubling or tripling that time.In my opinion, it is the biggest waste of time and money i have ever experienced it's a good thing they don't let us rate at 0 stars, because that's what it would be for me.

The iOS app they wrote, at least it works, the Android app, camera constantly causes crashes, and web links that should open the app instead go to the web interface not the app, they've said it's a problem with the phone, however every other app does is just fine and I've already cleared app defaults. Seems to be an app issue and it's really annoying. I cannot use the app on Android because of the issues
