So you guys say, you have 24 hour support but thing is i have been waiting for your response to my email for 2days, i have been trying to upgrade to tier 1 but the app doesn't allow me to go any further after adding my ID number, i currently have a lot of money stuck on that platform that i need and these people are being very unserious, there is no sense of urgency, to anyone looking to use yellowcard, i dont recommend, dont even try, this has been a bad user experience. From Zambia🙂

I want to believe in YellowCard even though the app's user experience is in the mud. I can't verify my account without the app crashing. Immediately after I finish the final verification step, the app crashes and when I open the app again, I start afresh only for the same crash to happen. EDIT: The app is working just fine after passing the huddle of KYC. Two months using it so far and I will recommend it for stable coin conversion and local transfers. Will be back if there's any changes

It's a very easy to use platform. But that's where the pros end. It's about the worst trading app you can ever use. Usdt or btc withdrawal could take a week to process, after you must have sent coultless DMs and emails to their support. They're always appolgizing for the inconvenience. Recently in Nigeria, the price used to process sales are different from what you're shown before you place the trade. The service is just terrible. Use with with caution and lots of patience.
