Ratings and reviews

While the rewards are decent with a wide variety of games to play, the problem is their programing and customer service. More often than any other ofter wall I have experienced, rewards won't be rewarded once milestones are completed. Then customer service claims to respond "within a day." I am currently 10 days in on waiting for a response while I have messaged them everyday. I have eventually received my rewards in the past, but it takes a ton of effort to get all rewards after completing.

it had been great for a long time, but something happened in the last few months that has been effecting a lot of users, including myself. And instead of fixing the problems, they just decided to deactivate my account and I've lost a lot of sats! EDIT, I've tried reaching out to support with no response. I'm also not sure what I could have done to violate the terms and conditions when all the game apps I've used came from the ZBD app recommendations.

don't waste your time. spent a few months gathering money and when it was time to cash out, I get an error saying my funds are pending and will be available within the hour...that was days ago, still getting the same error and no help from customer support. didn't even respond to my inquiry...at this point I wanna just delete my account but I can't even do that because you have to go through, guess who? customer support ..the same people who don't respond to my issue in the first place 😵‍💫.
