Ratings and reviews

While the rewards are decent with a wide variety of games to play, the problem is their programing and customer service. More often than any other ofter wall I have experienced, rewards won't be rewarded once milestones are completed. Then customer service claims to respond "within a day." I am currently 10 days in on waiting for a response while I have messaged them everyday. I have eventually received my rewards in the past, but it takes a ton of effort to get all rewards after completing.

This app is great 90% of the time, but their support response is not great. ZBD handles real money, so remember it's a financial platform, not just a game. Because of that, you have real consumer rights if payouts get held up. If your credits stall, keep track of your offer proof, open a support ticket, and don't be afraid to push back. They do pay what's owed once you follow up, but you have to stay on top of your earnings! I will edit and up my review if I have fewer issues moving forward.

They flag your account and tell you they need to review it to avoid paying you. It's been happening for a while now. I could understand if it happened once or twice but every time i get to the larger payouts in the game I'm playing they always find a reason to review it. This has happened multiple times, but only on the larger payouts. Just check out the negative reviews and you will see how they avoid paying you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
