Ratings and reviews

While the rewards are decent with a wide variety of games to play, the problem is their programing and customer service. More often than any other ofter wall I have experienced, rewards won't be rewarded once milestones are completed. Then customer service claims to respond "within a day." I am currently 10 days in on waiting for a response while I have messaged them everyday. I have eventually received my rewards in the past, but it takes a ton of effort to get all rewards after completing.

The app is great....... when it works. Every payout is now pending and has been for days. The affiliated games just stop paying out after a certain point as well. They will say "Check your internet connection" or something similar. It's not my internet. I've contacted support and nothing. I used to really enjoy the app but it's looking like I may need to look for something else.

Loved the app. Have used it for a long time but wanted to withdraw so I had to verify. verification was accepted and passed and now for the last week I've been unable to log in. I get an error that there is a problem with my account. I contacted support but if I don't reply quickly enough then they close the ticket and I have to start all over. that's frustrating. three stars off for my time and frustration.
