About this app

Aibo Task turns every field visit into a clear, reviewable closeout. Keep service requests, work orders, schedules, notes, materials, photos, signatures, and evidence in one place.

Personal users can create a one-user workspace in the Android app with Google Play Billing. Personal subscriptions and credit add-ons are validated server-side before access or credits are granted. Organization users sign in through an invitation; available data and actions follow their role and permissions.

Core workflows include:
- assigned work orders, personal schedules, and offline visit continuity on supported mobile devices
- a dispatch map for authorized roles and an assignment-bound internal visit map for technicians
- notes, materials, photos, signatures, and reviewable evidence
- customers, sites, assets, inventory, and service contracts
- quality review and traceable operational handoffs

On Android, an eligible field technician can start Assigned route assist for a scheduled or dispatched job. While it is active, Aibo Task uses location even when the app is closed or not in use, keeps a persistent notification visible, updates the assigned route, and detects arrival at the site. The technician can stop it at any time, and it stops automatically when no eligible assigned route remains.

Ludo AI is an optional add-on that can organize context and propose reviewable next steps when enabled, permitted, and within quota. Core field workflows remain available without AI.
