Aibo Task turns every field visit into a clear, reviewable closeout. Keep work orders, photos, notes, materials, signatures, and reports in one place.

Personal users can create a one-user workspace in the Android app with Google Play Billing. Personal subscriptions and credit add-ons are validated server-side before access or credits are granted. Authorized organization users can sign in to an existing invited workspace to receive assignments, open the right task context, complete structured work logs, capture photos and signatures, add notes and attachments, and keep field teams, dispatch, supervisors, and back office aligned.

Core workflows include:
- maintenance, repair, installation, and ductwork execution
- task board, scheduler, and dispatch map coordination
- photos, notes, signatures, and proof-of-service capture
- document QA, approvals, and technician KPI follow-up
- customers, providers, procurement, and service contracts
- Ludo AI assistance with AI credits available for the workspace

Personal digital purchases use Google Play Billing inside the Android app.
