Flexible expense allocation: Easily enter expenses and allocate them percentage-wise or proportionally among the people involved.

Recurring costs at a glance: Manage rent or other recurring expenses automatically at individually configurable time intervals.

Full transparency: See all outstanding debts and already paid items at any time, accessible in an archive.

Integrated shopping list: Add products with due dates and link them to people. After purchasing, you can move them to the shopping cart and settle the bill directly.

Notifications: Receive push notifications as reminders or requests to pay outstanding debts.

Quick start: Simply register with your Google account or easily join a group via QR code.

Mobile-first & platform-independent: IoweU was developed as a mobile-first solution and can be used both in mobile browsers and as a native app.

IoweU was developed by students at St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences as part of MediaLab Mobile 2025 with the goal of minimizing the organizational effort of shared spending while focusing on fairness and transparency.
