Christmas FM is a non-profit radio station broadcasting for 30 days over the Christmas period to Ireland on FM and to the world online and via our apps. We are a volunteer led radio station, each year we raise money for charity, and to date, we have raised over 3 million Euro for our charity partners. We are a temporary licensed station, traditionally broadcasting from the 28th of November until the 26th of December and has operated since 2008. The station is staffed by approximately 100 volunteers and provides a 24-hour service during the license period. The format is music driven with the addition of Christmas themed content, all aimed at creating the 'Magic of Christmas'. App features include:
• Full display of what's currently playing with large sized album art
• Playlist history
• In-car song info via Bluetooth
• Live social media feeds
• Multiple streams - Christmas FM, Classic Christmas FM and Classical Christmas FM

pros: - easy to use - working hassle free in the background, even with screen off for a long time won't stop unlike a website) cons: - it won't show you the current playlist (titles and singers played) - voting for songs is poor (most song are not on the list, those that are, are often 3×times under a bit different names) - poor volume control (with headphones I'm either being assaulted or barely hear it, not problem on the website) website wins for me I guess?

It's the most magical and magnificent Christmas FM Station application and I'm so in love with it. As soon as the folks in the studio go LIVE, it becomes a ritual for me to tune in to listen to some of the best Christmas music available to mankind every single day. Love the layout of the application. It is user friendly and it's easy to navigate across. Couldn't have asked for more. Greatest Radio Station On Earth. Christmas music is the greatest music. As someone who adores it all year round, Christmas FM is always lovely to switch on and enjoy. Naturally my Christmas CDs and Spotify take a festive bashing, but there's something so gorgeous about this service that draws me in. And the selection of music is glorious, all the classics and lots of personal faves outside the box. Perfection. 🎅🏻🎄🎶❤️
