I had trouble at first, and contacted the help line via the chat feature, and discovered, that getting a cheap phone is false economy,as the NOKIA C1 is not NFC enabled, which is necessary to register the application and use it. BEWARE: ID thieves walk around with devices to scan payment cards as well as mobile devices, it is therefore advisable to buy RFD blocking cards to have in your wallet facing outwards as well is in your mobile phone cover to protect yourself when items are not in use.

App crashes when trying to read The NFC on The passport. Called the customer service, they said its my foult fór having á New Phone becsuse there ís nothing wring with the app. So its my foult everything is Good in their end. Throws a error when NFC scanning my passport that isn't even on the website's troubleshooting page. Need this since my síminn sim is acting weird on my JP phone and this is the only reliable way into my bank. But you know the icelandic motto: ÞeTtA ReDdaST.
