It is never reliable once I am out of the house. I use fingerprint to sign into the app, but if it fails to prompt for fingerprint, then there is no way to make it ask again. Then it wants pin code that was never set in the first place. I have had to fully reinstall the app every time it fails the fingerprint login. It needs to be reliable, not force me to buy physical plastic card to bypass how bad the app is.

Hate this app so much, half the time it doesn't work and the new interface is even worse, when you buy a ticket instead of taking you to the ticket it takes you to ur currently active ticket, which is none, so it looks like ur transaction didn't go through, has made me almost buy a second ticket a few times. Logs you out so often and loging in takes ages. The trip scheduling part sometimes suggests routes that don't work as the bus youre suppose to go into has already left a few minutes before

I am Icelandic but I will write in English. This is the worst app I have ever used in my life, it logs me out every 4 minutes or less, so I have to awkwardly log in on the bus, it often doesnt even work so I have to restart the entire app, it shows errors all the time. This is by far the worst app I have ever used, I have no idea why they made this app and made it mandatory to change over to this app when we had a perfectly fine app "Strætó" This is awful, it is broken beyond repair.
