Ratings and reviews

Overall it's been a very decent service. However if there's any issues with your shipment forget about it. The app support team will only address the issue the next day and the service line you are said to call if you have an issue with your shipment (not arriving for example) you are turned away with no help whatsoever, they are merely there to tell you they can't help you. This app would be very good if they could actually help at all with mistakes that are made on their end.

Still no support for the English language after a full year of the same message "English support coming soon" showing up when trying to switch the language. Last update happened almost four months ago, and the app came out more than three years ago. Where is the option for the English language? Hopefully it will come before the next volcanic erruption. If you dont know how to implement this, then release the code and let other people do it, theres no money to be made on this app anyway. 1/5
