TX.IS allows you to receive event tickets for your favourite events, directly and securely on your mobile phone. From there you can:
- View tickets on your personal Ticket Wall™
- Use tickets to gain entry to events
- Transfer tickets to friends*

TX.IS is a free app that integrates directly with ticket systems, enabling tickets to be delivered to your phone automatically after purchase. There's no need to open emails or click links; once installed, TX.IS enabled tickets simply pop up on your phone with a notification to say they've arrived.

Avoid waiting outside the venue (usually in the rain) to give your late-running friends their tickets. Instead, send tickets quickly and securely to your friends using TX.IS, then enter the venue immediately on arrival - safe, dry and with an opportunity for early drinks! Your friend suddenly needs to self-isolate and is 30 miles away? No problem! TX.IS allows you to get the ticket back and send it on to someone else.

Had to register an account online to buy tickets, then forced download this unnecessary app in order to actually view them, and then register separately for an account on the app! Genuinely wish I'd just bought tickets on the door, even if it was more expensive. Absolute circus!

Unnecessary. In particular, not having access to all tickets purchased for an event, forcing everyone to have the app downloaded. I much preferred the original emailled QR code method. Also, the app is unnecessarily large.

Many thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately the emailed QR codes were open to abuse and increasing levels of ticket fraud. They were also slow to scan. TX.IS helps increase security whilst reducing ticket fraud and queue times (faster entry). Access to tickets is controlled by the venue. Hopefully this explains the benefits. Thanks again.

App doesn't work, didn't receive the confirmation code. It's poor practice to force the use of a broken app just to get tickets that could have easily been sent by email.

Thanks for the feedback. The confirmation code is important for security. If you still haven't received it and it's not in your spam folder, please email hello@tx.is for quick resolution.
Unfortunately emailed tickets are subject to high levels of fraud and ticket touting, so most promoters are now moving to mobile to protect their fans.
