The cab that was ordered for me by Medicaid never showed up for my Doctor's appointment. I am 78 years old with high blood pressure and after other health problems and this was for a check up. Now I have to wait until March for another appointment. I will never use them again. The last time no one showed up to pick me up but luckily I was able to catch a Bus . Be aware a be informed. As senior citizens we do not have to be treated like this.

Today 30 mins went by and no driver was assigned and that leaves me having to call in anyway. It would be reassuring for the customer if the app would let you know that A&D received your request for pickup at the very least and even more reassuring if an estimated wait time could be displayed. Even better would be if a driver were assigned right away so we could watch them on the map driving wherever they are even if the are on another call to see them nearing our location.

Between the inability to even edit your profile or access the option to turn GPS on in the app (even if it's on before starting the app, it think I'm all the way in ghana), and the company's well-known unreliability and habit of abruptly canceling trips with no notice at the last second, I marvel at A&D still being in business.
