very bad app, I use my email & or phone number then my password & does nothing but sit on the login screen. Not a very good simple app I say. I just deleted it.

I need this app to track transportation services. No matter what I do, I'm unable to log in and continue to see "Bad Response." I even created a simple password (I know I shouldn't, but ...!) and that didn't help. I suppose it would be helpful to know what the password requirements are. There isn't any helpful information to resolve the problem and I find this frustrating.

Very hit or miss. Sometimes the app does not track the vehicle or inflates pickup time until driver does the proper inputs (which, in fairness, isn't within the app's control to make them push buttons properly).
