It doesn't notify you when your limit order are matched. The portfolio view doesn't show ur Open P/L for each stock, but only show your overall Unrealized P/L of your account. When you amend your Buy/Sell order, it doesn't show your ur new amended cost of purchase. I could go on more but not enuf space here to continue. There are so many important functions that are missing from the app. Pls improve

Never seen or heard of a more disastrous implementation of MFA. It simply does not work. No notification pops up. Can't access the Web account now. Very silly method, why not implement MFA using an independent authenticator that does not require any notifications? This is standard done by Google/Microsoft and also some banking apps (where you can access the OTP in a separate always available page). Also seeing others complain that they didn't add a separate notification category for MFA.

2025 update : app with MFA is trash. no pop ups to authenticate. slow as hell even for typing. basically cannot use my desktop to login because cannot authenticate via phone. Rakuten, are you people crazy ? Found that Chrome browser works for pop up notification. Firefox NO. jeepers, is there any testing before release ? 2023 App is ok for watching delayed prices. For actual trading, frequent problems occur. Not good at all.
