ISpro: Tasks - a mobile application that allows you to control and perform business tasks more efficiently!
Today, mobile technologies play an important role in our professional lives. The use of mobile applications allows you to perform a variety of tasks. ISpro: Tasks gives you confidence that all your tasks will be organized and you will have an idea of everything you need to do, control and keep in mind important tasks. With the help of the application you will be able to control the performance of your tasks, receive, view, create and edit tasks wherever you are. All you need to work with the application is to log in to the system.
Functionalities:
- Creation of work tasks, indicating the name, choice of status (task, completed, accepted, overdue), project, task performer, start date and end date, priority of task execution (normal, low, high), content (short description of the task or comment), the percentage of execution and time spent on it
- Making the client in the task, displaying contact information (address, phone, email). The client's contact person is set automatically (if there are several contact persons - the required one is selected)
- Control of task performance by the controller-employee
- Change the status of the task by the executor, as it is performed
- Display tasks in different colors, depending on its status
- Display of each day in the calendar of all tasks assigned to the employee
- When you click on a certain day, a list of tasks is displayed with the ability to view each of them
- Create a plan or list of items to be discussed, thanks to the agenda function.
The application interface is divided into 4 types of display:
• Complete list of tasks
• Calendar for the month
• Weekly calendar
• Daily calendar
In the program settings you can add a profile photo and change the interface language (Ukrainian, Russian).
The application is implemented on the mobile version of the ISpro platform and is optimized for smartphones and tablets.
ISpro: Tasks requires an ISpro 8 enterprise management system to work properly.
