MyAcea Acqua is the App that allows you to manage your Acea Ato2, Acea Ato5 and Acea Molise domestic water users in complete autonomy and safety, from the comfort of your smartphone, wherever you are.

With MyAcea Acqua managing your domestic water use is very simple:

How to access: register through the App and log in: in a few minutes you can use all the digital services designed for you. If you have already registered on the MyAcea Acqua reserved web area available on my.acea.it/acqua, use the same credentials (username and password) to access the App.

How to use the services: in order to use the digital services and features available on the app, associate your domestic water utilities directly from the App. In a few minutes you will have completed setting up your profile.

What services can you find on MyAcea Acqua:
- Self-reading: periodically send us the meter reading to have a bill calculated on your actual consumption;
- Web bill: to receive the bill directly in your e-mail box the day it is issued. With the Bolletta Web service you no longer receive your paper bill and make an ecological choice;
- Bank / post office address: activate the debit of bills on your current account and you no longer have to think about deadlines;
- Invoices and payments: you can consult all your bills, download them and pay them directly via the app with your credit card, in complete safety;
- Monitoring of requests: you can follow the progress of your requests made through the App / Web portal, Counter and Call Center, to stay up to date;
- Report a failure for your private user or on public land: you can report a failure concerning your private user, as well as a water / sewer leak on public land or a malfunction of a water point (water houses, artistic fountain, drinking fountain, etc.), to help us offer an ever better service.

Had some issues logging into this application for a few days, but finally with lots of patience in both sides were able to fix it...thanks to the Great Efforts from your staff. Will give you a big 5 ***** for all your efforts. Thanks you guys and take care😘

Can not login even if the credentials are correct. Tried using another person's credentials but it didn't work either. But I use the same credentials for acea energia and it works

Crash , on Android on windows not helpful
