About this app
through the Campania Salute App you can:
book an outpatient specialist service, for oneself or for one's contacts (family and / or loved ones), starting with a referral from the National Health Service of the NRE type (New Electronic Recipe);
consult and manage your appointments directly from your smartphone;
pay or consult the history of payments made.
You can choose to book through the company CUP of the healthcare facility of interest or by accessing the regional CUP which includes healthcare facilities managed in an integrated manner.
All the services that are currently available on the Citizen's Portal will also be progressively available on the APP.
To access the APP you can use both username and password credentials, which are chosen during registration on the App itself, and SPID (Public Digital Identity System).

The most of distretto sanitario office aren't giving proper service to public. Especially distretto sanitario 31. Security personnel are rude and obnoxious . No courtasy at all. Public cannot reach to the head of the sanitario office. Because Security blocks the entrance. 40 numbers only issue to the public. But infront of the bar is selling numbers for 10 euro. Security and outsiders. Office personnel illegally do this work For years . Very hard to get renewed .

Fatta veramente male quest'app! Caricamenti ad ogni cosa, autenticazione con impronta che non dà segnali di funzionamento se non dopo 5 sec, impossibilità di cambiare schermata per più di un min senza che l'app si riavvii, design orrendo, icone png scontornate male, ergonomia orrenda, tutto orrendo e disfunzionale se non per il minimo indispensabile - classic italian institutional vibes

Non riesco mai a visualizzare una lista di possibili date di prenotazione successive alla prima proposta. Inoltre, dovrebbe essere possibile poter scegliere la prima data disponibile rispetto a una struttura scelta, poi se la prima data proposta in tale struttura sia dopo molti mesi resta un mio problema confermare la scelta o meno, ma almeno mi faccio un'idea. Sottolineo che telefonando alla struttura è stato possibile prenotare prima della prima data proposta dall'app in un'altra struttura.

Gentile utente, ora può scegliere la provincia per cui ricevere le prime disponibilità suddivise per ASL e AO. Per scegliere altre alternative per uno stesso Ente è sufficiente cliccare "Altre disponibilità" oppure può cambiare provincia e verificare per altri Enti.
