would have liked the audio tour to be in someone's real voice as opposed to AI, given we pay 5 euros for it.

The app locks the sound to a low level. Great idea to make everyone else's visit awesome. Unfortunately, this makes your visit stink since you can't hear the darn tour because other tour guides are talking out loud! Really even more stupid when Bluetooth headphones are used, defeating the purpose for locking the sound level to begin with. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

The app works. Volume is not fixed as other reviewers said, but it does reset lower every time you minimize and then go back to the app, so you have to keep increasing the volume every time. Having to manually change to the next audio is also a bit annoying. A map would be nice too.
