After 25 minutes getting the hang of the app and having a few moments when it went a bit wonky the tour worked well

The app locks the sound to a low level. Great idea to make everyone else's visit awesome. Unfortunately, this makes your visit stink since you can't hear the darn tour because other tour guides are talking out loud! Really even more stupid when Bluetooth headphones are used, defeating the purpose for locking the sound level to begin with. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
