would have liked the audio tour to be in someone's real voice as opposed to AI, given we pay 5 euros for it.

Not a good experience with hidden costs, cause you encounter everything when you are already inside. The app is not free and you paid for the entry already. If it doesn't work there won't be a refund.

The app locks the sound to a low level. Great idea to make everyone else's visit awesome. Unfortunately, this makes your visit stink since you can't hear the darn tour because other tour guides are talking out loud! Really even more stupid when Bluetooth headphones are used, defeating the purpose for locking the sound level to begin with. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
