vite.net ® is a web platform that allows the optimal management of each single vineyard according to principles of economic and environmental sustainability.
vite.net ® is a Decision Support System (DSS) for the winemaker and technicians which helps to make more targeted, correct and timely crop choices, and integrates the user experience with a variety of information and constantly updated features.
The DSS collects agro-meteorological and cultural data in real time, organizes them in cloud systems, interprets them by means of advanced modeling and big data techniques and finally integrates them automatically producing information, alarms and decision support. The data relating to the cultivation operations also come into play, in order to generate a continuous flow of constantly updated information between the crop, the DSS and the user.
In vite.net ® different models and various functions are included and integrated among them for: phenology of the vine, calibrated on over 100 varieties; main fungal diseases (downy mildew, powdery mildew, gray mold and black rot) and insects ( Lobesia botrana, Planococcus ficus and Scaphoideus titanus ); abiotic adversities (low and high temperatures and water stress); dynamics of effectiveness of a phytosanitary treatment; supply of nutrients; weed management.
In vite.net ® there is also a database of plant protection products, herbicides and fertilizers, constantly updated, which allows research based on specific characteristics and different uses (by active substance, translocability in the plant, mode of action, formulation, title, etc.). Finally, the Register of Crop Operations allows you to archive all the interventions carried out in the vineyard.
