With the Marketplace, technicians can optimize interventions by choosing the closest repair requests based on the type of appliance, the brand and the defect. Maps make it easy to select requests based on distance.
Technicians can post out-of-area, overage, and uncovered brands and appliances.
The notification system warns in real time when assistance is available in the area close to the technician.
Before confirming a request, the technician can contact the customer and possibly cancel it, if the customer has already solved it, changed his mind, contacted another center or if the appliance cannot be repaired.
