AskTour is the app for licensed tour guides: your work schedule and guide substitutions in one place.
AN UNEXPECTED EVENT SHOULD NOT COST YOU A TOUR
You know that moment: you skip everything at the last minute and find yourself chatting in six different chats, hoping someone will respond in time. With AskTour, you publish the tour you'd like to offer, including the date, time, language, number of guests, and fee. Available guides in your area are notified, and the first one to accept takes your place. You immediately know who'll be there, without having to chase anyone.

It also works the other way around. When you have free time, open exchanges and see available tours near you, already filtered by area, language, and availability. You accept one with a tap and it's added to your schedule. You get more done at the times you choose.
EVERYTHING IN BLACK AND WHITE
Compensation, tickets, radios, meeting point, and invoicing are defined before the tour is accepted. Each substitution has written conditions visible to both parties, so no one has to reconstruct from memory what was agreed upon.
ONLY LICENSED GUIDES
Each profile is verified with the license card, usually within 24 hours. When you pass on a tour, you entrust it to another verified guide, not a contact found online. The reverse also applies: whoever passes you a job knows exactly who they're giving it to.
YOUR DIARY, ALWAYS WITH YOU
All your commitments in a clear calendar: what you have today, what's coming tomorrow, the tours you've booked, and those you've covered. Each completed substitution is entered into your history and becomes your calling card with other guides.
ACCOUNTS ALWAYS IN ORDER
Collected, to be collected, and invoiced: each tour is tracked month by month. Always know where you stand without having to recalculate at the end of the quarter.
BEFORE-DEPARTURE NOTICES
Sudden closures, strikes, reduced hours, and official visits to sites in your area—check them with your scheduled tours. If a notice affects your day, you'll see it as soon as you open the app, not at the entrance with the group following.
