AVservice app to quickly and easily create and manage return requests relating to orders placed with our company.

The user will be able to log in using the same credentials they use to access the company's other online services so as to skip any sort of registration, this will allow them to search for their orders using the purchase slip number or via the code of the item they want to return, receiving an email at the end of the process with a report of the return request inside and the codes to print for collection by our employees.

At the same time, the App can be used by our employees to manage the "collection" process of items thanks to a list of return requests made per customer and by scanning via camera the physical code they need to collect.
