For a big bank as Banca Generali the app they have is in some ways old-fashioned (but not in a good view) , and doesn't work so well outside of Italy, I had some problems with that few times and I couldn't even accede to my account. I think it is safe in all meanings, the bank, your account ect. The main thing is it needed to be more "young" and more practice.

This app is very bad. I took 10 minutes to figure out how to do a transfer. I hope they will change something soon. The graphics have improved but its not intuitive at all.

Hi Valeria, we're sorry for the bad experience. If you keep having problems with Secure call, please call 800133133 in order to support you. With the new update, Secure call works this way: Login: the security code is entered automatically. Transactions: the security code is entered automatically, the transaction code must be typed inside the app.

Not really straightforward. Quite old style and outdated. I suggest you learn from Barclays app, that is easy and neat
