BeMyGuest is an environment for selling and distributing hotel rooms online. With the booking engine, you receive direct bookings from the hotel website and manage availability and rates on OTA tourist portals, through the channel manager. An efficient CRM is also integrated into the environment to understand and analyze customer behavior and native business intelligence to analyze the generated revenue.

BeMyGuest app allows users of a BeMyGuest account to access and manage their hotel directly from their smartphone.
Check the bookings received, change availability and rates, even on a range of dates.

BeMyGuest app has been designed to simplify the life of those who manage their hotel even when they are away from a PC or while on the move.

To login, after installation, simply use the same account received to login in BeMyGuest.

With BeMyGuest app you can:
- have a notification for each reservation received, and also for changes to existing reservations
- view guests arriving today
- access the complete archive of reservations, with essential information for immediate management
- quickly change the availability of each room type for a single date
- change the availability of rooms, or close the sale, in a range of dates
- change the rates for each rate plan in a range of dates
- manage residence restrictions in a range of dates
