About this app

MeetGuard is the application for secure and tracked participation in mandatory occupational health and safety training video lessons (Legislative Decree 81/08).

Designed for training organizations and companies, MeetGuard ensures that attendance at training sessions delivered via Google Meet is genuine, continuous, and documentable, as required by regulations and funding agencies.

HOW IT WORKS
The learner opens MeetGuard on their tablet, enters the session code, name, and email address provided by the trainer, and accesses the video lesson on Google Meet in a controlled environment. Attendance is continuously recorded for the entire duration of the session.

REQUIREMENTS
MeetGuard is designed exclusively for tablets. The mandatory health and safety training cannot be completed on smartphones; therefore, the app is not available for phones. Android 8.0 or later and an internet connection are required.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
MeetGuard collects only the data necessary for attendance management (name and email address provided by the participant). The camera and microphone are used solely for participation in the video lesson on Google Meet. Data is transmitted encrypted. The full disclosure is available in the privacy policy.
