Managing your finances has never been so simple and intuitive. The BNL app offers you complete control over your current accounts and cards, with a renewed design and a user experience designed for your daily life. Log in quickly with Fingerprint and start simplifying your life.
What can you do with the BNL app?

• Purchases and Card Management: Purchase the BNL Classic Credit Card and BNL Prepaid Card directly in the app. View the credit limit of all your cards, including shared ones.
• Payments and Transactions: Make instant and ordinary Italian and Sepa transfers, account transfers, mobile phone and prepaid card top-ups. Pay postal bills, including via camera, and MAV/RAV.
• View your overall assets: If you have a Securities Deposit, you can view your overall assets, divided by liquidity in current accounts and invested capital.
• Consult the documents sent by the Bank, directly in the app, in the “Doc” section

completely useless. the app doesn't serve the basic functionality of giving you your bank and card details which is ABSURD. makes me want to cancel my account in this bank.

Does not allow me to take a screenshot whenever I need to quickly send it as a receipt to whoever might need to see that a transaction has taken place. Who is in control of whatever information I need to use, the bank or the client? Please don't come up with the security reasons BS and let users at least make a choice on these matters. What is worse is that I cannot find where the hell (to be polite) to download the receipts. Not enough QA from your side.

Very disappointing app, crashes all the time ( heard others had the same problem with xbnl) , I got blocked out from my account simply because I deleted the app and installed it again. Now it tells me to log out token from previous device so you can enter in this new device ( although it is always the same device) Please don't tell me to call technical support, what waste of my time, 30 min calling no answer. I changed to intesa San Paolo, excellent support and excellent online services.
