About this app
CodekApp is the app for those who work with Codeka: the management software you use on your computer,
reduced to what you need when you're away from the office—on a construction site, at a
client's, or simply away from your desk.
It's not a notes app or a to-do list: it's the client for your company's management
software. The tasks you open here are the same ones your colleagues
see on their computer, and the hours you log end up where they always end.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Tasks — View those assigned to you, search for them by number or title, open
to read the request, attachments, and comments. Change the status as the
work progresses and respond without waiting to return to your desk.
• Open a task in two taps — A notification arrives while you're on the go:
you can write it down immediately, with the project, priority, and a photo taken on the spot.
• Work Chat — Conversations with colleagues, clients, and one for each project: messages, photos, videos, and documents, quoted replies, and mentions.
• From Chat to Task — Long-press a message to open a task:
the title and description are already filled in, and the message photos are attached.
• Your Day — Appointments and time logged in a single screen.
• Projects — The projects you're following, their tasks, and each conversation.
• Alerts — Notifications when something concerns you, and the badge that disappears when read.
