Smeda is the app for Smeda srl employees and collaborators: clocking in and clocking out, permits, communications, and construction site reports, always at your fingertips.
Access is reserved for staff: credentials are provided by the company and registration is not possible via the app.
CLOCKING IN AND CLOCKING OUT ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
• Clock in and out of the construction site you're assigned to with a single tap.
• The app only detects your location when you clock in, to verify your presence on the construction site. No background tracking.
• When you leave, you can indicate your lunch break and add a note.
• Transporters and mechanics have dedicated clocking in and clocking out, with travel records.
• View your clocking history.
CONSTRUCTION SITES
• Find the construction sites you're assigned to, with address and key information.
• View the colleagues and vehicles assigned to each construction site.
LEAVE, VACATION, AND SICK LEAVE
• Submit a leave, vacation, or sick leave request by choosing dates and times.
• Attach a photo, taken on the spot or selected from the gallery.
• Track the status of each request: pending, accepted, or rejected.
REPORTS
• Report a breakdown or problem on the construction site with the title, description, type, and photo.
• Indicate the affected vehicle if the report concerns a vehicle.
• Tap the photo to view it full-screen and enlarge it.
REQUESTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
• Receive company requests, such as overtime, and respond by accepting or declining, with a note if necessary.
• Read company communications and receive a notification when a new one arrives.
FOR MANAGERS
• Check your team's clocking-in directly from the app.

The app does not display advertising, does not collect usage statistics, and does not sell data. The data is processed to manage the employment relationship, as described in the privacy policy.
