About this app

ComandaOk is the ordering app for restaurants, pizzerias, and bars: the waiter's phone becomes a PDA. The pasta dishes go to the kitchen, the pizzas go to the oven, the coffees go to the bar, and at the end of the evening the bill is already done.

You don't need to buy PDAs: all you need is the phone in your pocket and the restaurant's network.

In the dining room
• The table plan with color status: free, occupied, to be cleaned.
• Open the bill, knock the plates, and send the order with a touch.
• Cooking, size, additions, and "without onion": in the kitchen, it appears written under the plate.
• Table timers and reminders for those to be cleaned.
• Counter, takeout, and delivery remain separate, even in the statistics.
• Multiple waiters together, each with their own phone: if one opens a table, the others see it in seconds.

In the kitchen and at the bar
• Prints on ESC/POS network thermal printers, with 58 or 80 mm rolls. The app automatically finds them on the restaurant's network.
• Each category goes to its own station: oven, kitchen, bar. You can name the stations whatever you want.
• The cashier always receives a copy of everything.
• Kitchen screen: a phone or tablet displays orders as they arrive, along with the table and how long they've been waiting. Touch the finished dish and the dining room sees it.
• If a printer is off, the order isn't lost: just reprint it.

The bill
• Pre-bill to be brought to the table.
• Bill split Roman-style, by dishes, or in any amount.
• The rest of the cash is calculated by touching the bills.
• Cashier: money in the drawer, entries and exits with the reason, closing at the end of the day.

Menu and QR code
• Categories, dishes, and prices can be changed from the app.
• QR code on the table: the customer reads the menu from their phone and can order. The dining room confirms before the order leaves.

The rest of the restaurant
• Real-time receipts, by hour, day, or month.
• Customers, account holders, and loyalty points.
• Inventory with expiration dates and minimum stock, shopping lists.
• Employees with roles and permissions.
• Rooms and room orders, for those who own a hotel with a restaurant.

If the connection drops
You keep banging the plates: they stay on your phone and line up automatically when the connection returns. Sending the dishes to the kitchen and closing the bill waits for the connection, and the app tells you.

Plans
• Free, €0, never expires: 5 tables and 10 orders per day, to try it in the real dining room.
• Basic, €5 per month: unlimited tables and orders, multiple phones at once, one department for each category.
• Pro: print the preliminary bill and the parts of a split bill.
The subscription is monthly or annual through Google Play and you can cancel it whenever you want. If you switch back to Free, your data will remain and you'll find it again when you reactivate it. With any plan, you can download your data in Excel files.

Good to know
Receipts printed from the app are not tax-compliant. ComandaOk works alongside your existing electronic cash register: read the total, generate the receipt, and close the account in the app.
