The BariUnica mobile application collects all the online services offered by the Municipality of Bari to citizens in a single accessible tool. It is a complete catalog of municipal portals and applications, which also includes a direct notification service to the URP.

Easy to consult, the Homepage shows the overall index of digital platforms that the Municipality of Bari makes available online to citizens. It therefore acts as a single entry point to the digital circuits of the Administration, through rapid sorting and search functions on all content relating to the services.

The App is interactive to the extent that it allows citizens to report any disservices or situations that need attention. It is also possible to specify the geographical position by road directory and attach a photo.

By filling in the appropriate Form with your personal data, the interaction starts a work process within the competent group of the Municipality which takes charge of it, generating the relative notification.
