You need to report a disservice? Anything faster: you describe the problem, take a picture, it indicates the location on the map and send your recommendation.
The personnel will immediately receive a notification. As the practice will be managed, you can see the progress and the notes included specifically for you by the agent. Each alert is private and nothing is shared with other systems (eg. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) to guarantee maximum confidentiality.
