About this app

ConsultaPA is the tool that municipal officials use to consult public administration databases through the PDND, the National Digital Data Platform.

DESIGNED FOR FIELD WORK
From the GPS location, the Local Police officer can trace the property, parcel, and owners of the land or building on which they are located, with residence and living status confirmed by ANPR. What previously required a return to the office is now done at the gate.

WHAT YOU CAN CONSULT
- ANPR Registry: residence, family status, personal details, citizenship, living status
- Land Registry: real estate units, parcels, and owners
- Digital domiciles: INAD for citizens, INI-PEC for businesses and professionals
- INPS: ISEE and DURC
- Business Register: Chamber of Commerce records

RESTRICTED ACCESS
The app is intended for authorized personnel of the entities that have activated the service. Credentials are provided by the organization to which you belong: without an enabled account, the application cannot be used.

TRANSPARENCY AND DATA PROTECTION
Each consultation is recorded in the organization's access log, with the operator, date, and reason. No personal data is stored on the device: information is accessed in real time and does not remain in the phone's memory.
