A story between two worlds
There are stories that are told in books, and others seated around a table: those of good wine and quality food.
Our story is halfway between these two worlds, it begins among business administration books and continues among glasses of fine wines, refined dishes and raw materials of the highest quality. 360-degree culture, then.
It is the end of 2011 when the founder of HIC Enoteche, Marco, decides to change his life and open the first temporary shop together with friends and colleagues who are passionate about wines, which the following year would give way to the first historic restaurant in via Spallanzani, the boutique.
Sure, a bet. But guided by a genuine passion, deep knowledge and the precious managerial vision derived from the years in the company. A bet that today, with the opening of the new venue in the heart of Porta Romana, can truly be said to have been won.
