Field is a job-site tool for shoots, events, recces and productions — built to be used with the phone in one hand while you are actually doing the work.

Plan the day before. Scout on location. Run it on the day.


PLAN
Create a project from a template — Shoot, Event, Recce, Production, or start blank. Add tasks in seconds: a title is enough. Give each one a priority that means something operationally:

• Essential — the job is not a success without it
• Important — do it if the day allows
• Extra — only if time is left

Duplicate a whole project when the job repeats. Locations, people, tasks and photos all come across, with the checkboxes reset so you never inherit last month's ticks.


SCOUT
Add the places you will actually stand in. Address, GPS position, access, parking, power, light, noise, the contact who lets you in — and a technical checklist you can extend with your own lines.

Then the part that makes Field different: photograph something, open the photo, and turn it straight into a task. The frame stays attached as the shot reference and the location fills itself in. No form to go and find.


RUN
One screen, big targets, one hand. Progress and "essential remaining" at the top, the running order below, a large control on every row to mark it done. Undo is always one tap away. The screen stays awake while you work.

The essential-remaining filter is one tap: the four things that must happen before you can wrap.

At the end you get an honest summary — what got done, what was skipped on purpose, and what is still missing, broken down by priority. It warns you. It never blocks you.

• Nothing leaves your phone. Field has no internet permission at all.

WHO IT IS FOR
Small creative and production teams: video and photo crews, event agencies, content producers, installers, and anyone who prepares work in one place and executes it somewhere else.

Field is deliberately not a general-purpose project manager. It does one thing: get you through the day on site without forgetting the shot that mattered.


PRIVACY
Your projects, notes, contacts and photos are stored only on your device. Field collects nothing, sends nothing and contains no advertising or tracking. Photos you take or pick are copied into the app's private storage, so they stay out of your shared gallery too.
