Two years in and I can no longer connect the box to my pump. The app is completely useless and I regret buying this system. The app is a complete redo with a new team. Please try to fix the mess you've made. This is critical infrastructure for people!!

This app and the entire dconnect portal needs some serious work.. - Difficulty connecting to home WiFi with long and special passwords (yes, it's 2.4ghz) - login needs often multiple attempts as it just fails or give "wrong credentials" even though they are correct. In the app AND web portal. - account not found after a few days of not even using the app so I can start completely over. What a disappointing start of my new pump commissioning.

After spending a lot of money on their water pump that had the added feature of being able to connect to the internet to check its status, the manufacturer removed this service and replaced it with a paid one. As a result, the pump is now just an expensive regular pump. Very poor marketing strategy!
