The contrast between the device itself and its app can hardly be bigger. One must almost always login all the way again each time you want to connect, including the entry of your login name, country where are you located etc. That it highly inconvienient as it takes you a minute or two before you can start brewing your coffee. Once you're in it's acceptable at best, but leaves a general feeling that this feature had to be added with no budget left. Please redo your work and send an update soon!

Fire the app development team! It's horrible out of three different devices only one is able to connect, the login portion is horroble with seemingly no 'remember me' option. The machine itself (dinamica plus) is amazing but the app and phone gimmick is horrible! The connectivity is horrible! Please fix the application even if it's ugly just make it work.

This app is a long way from intuitive. In fact the whole machine (Prima Donna Soul) is a long way from intuitive. Yes, it's fully automatic but to make adjustments is not only confusing but will only take effect after more than a few wasted brews. The user manual has no index, the instructions are often brief with little information BUT you can have them in any language you can think of. Connexion with the machine is flakey and slow and frequently stops without apparent reason.
