Ratings and reviews

I don't want to be forced to install an app for a one off visit. But I can't read the doctor's message otherwise. --- Edit: there is no technical reason why an app should be any safer than a reasonable website. And I would have been fine with an email TBH.

Terrible application, it is not polished and it is full of bugs. The messaging part freezes and it is not responsive. Lately, I am not able to open the application, locked into a infinite loop answering the allow/deny question about cookies. Moreover, it is annoying to see ads popping up asking to invite others to use it...

app is fine, but please have an option to choose, it is not that hard to have a option to choose different language.
