Goloseria Galli: a dream come true.
Inaugurated in 2007, Goloseria Galli is a dream come true: Luca and Veronica Galli, together with Michelangelo Monaco, have transformed the family bakery into a modern chocolate, pastry, bakery and pizzeria laboratory. Of course, a cafeteria space combined with two rooms for the consumption and tasting of products as well as a direct resale of bread and pizza could not be missing.
Pastry chef Luca Galli studied at Konditor-Confiseur at the German school in Samaden, Switzerland, and at the Cast Alimenti school in Brescia. He specialized in the art of chocolate in Cortina and in the dessert plate in Ancona, before working on the prestigious Peck in Milan.
In 2004 he won a bronze medal in Massa Carrara for best artistic piece.
In 2005 he won the under21 competition as the best cake for Italian national teams.
In 2010 he took part in the World Master Chocolate national championship in Milan.
Veronica takes care of the administrative management and human resources as well as supporting Michele at the bar where she manages and pampers customers with sympathy and professionalism.
