COLMASTER – Online Accounting
The app allows online consultation of individual consumption by users of real estate units belonging to condominiums served by centralized heating systems equipped with consumption accounting systems for heating, domestic hot water and cold water.
Use of the App is free and is reserved exclusively for users of condominiums who have entrusted the management of the accounting system to service companies that offer the "cloud" services provided by the COLMASTER portal (*).
Registration is required to proceed with login.
Through the app you can:
- Monitor the trend of your consumption during the season (ATTENTION: the frequency of updating the data depends on the type of system installed and the contractual conditions stipulated with the service company that manages the system itself)
- Analyze and compare your historical consumption from past seasons
- Monitor the overall consumption of your condominium and consult the history of past seasons
- Consult and download your distribution sheets whenever you want
- Using the "Economy Tools" function, make consumption forecasts by simulating changes in temperature and use of the rooms to help you understand how and how much to save
- Download the instructions for reading and interpreting the data shown on the display of the meters installed inside your real estate unit.
- Download guides and documents that help you manage your system better
- Manage any requests for intervention in the event of problems or fault reports on your accounting system
- If you have multiple real estate units belonging to you, you can use the app to manage them all with a single login (provided that they all benefit from COLMASTER's "cloud" services through the same service company)
The service works with the following types of accounting system:
Indirect accounting: Allocators
Direct metering: Heat meters, domestic hot and cold water volumetric liter meters
Check with your service company the compatibility of the accounting system installed and the availability of the "cloud" services offered by the COLMASTER portal.
