The MyGelsia app was designed to easily manage and monitor your energy and gas supplies.
Welcome to the new Gelsia application.
Are you one of our customers with electricity and natural gas supplies? Find out what you can do:
Manage your supplies: you can check your bills, tell us your meter reading, activate direct debit for your bills, activate the email bill service, consult the status of your requests.
Consult the account statement: you will be able to view the amounts and bills issued and download the PDF.
Access the loyalty program: enter Super Gelsia to try to win coupons to save on your purchases, win prizes or discounts on your bill. The loyalty program is reserved for domestic customers on the free market.
Book access to our Points: with the Skip the Line service you can book your access to one of our Gelsia Points in the area immediately and in just a few clicks.
If you already have an account to access the Customer Area on gelsia.it, you can also use the same credentials to access the MyGelsia app.
