SIAM is the manager of the Integrated Water Service for the territory of the Municipality of Syracuse and this online desk, available both via WEB and via APP for mobile devices, allows each SIAM customer to be able to check the status of their drinking water supplies and to irrigation uses (non-potable).
Through the My SIAM APP, each customer will be able to check the status of their supply, their average consumption, their readings, insert a self-reading of the meter, check their bank statement, see their bills and download the relevant PDF files .
Using the web version (accessible on the website https://siam.cloudeng.it/public/) SIAM customers will also be able to enter online requests for operational practices such as new water connections, sewer connections, contract transfers, terminations, restorations, etc.
