About this app

MyFastweb is the free app for residential and VAT-registered customers, allowing you to manage your Fastweb subscription and your Internet Box.
To access the app, simply enter your MyFastweb username and password and activate secure access with biometric recognition.

With MyFastweb, you can:
- follow the line activation steps
- manage your modem configuration
- install the Booster
- monitor your usage and extra expenses
- view your Fastweb account, check payment status, and settle your balance
- top up your Fastweb SIM cards
- contact Customer Care or find answers to frequently asked questions
- check the progress of your requests
- view current promotions and find the nearest store.

MyFastweb lets you view your usage and remaining mobile SIM credit directly from your Wear OS smartwatch. Press and hold the watch face to add a tile and complication to the screen to monitor your usage in real time.

First learn how to design an app and how to give easy access to clients to the app. If you do not have handy access and easy things to access how you want to grow a client base? I'm tired sooner or later I'll move out to another service. if you target a senior client, house wife, teenager then consider very easy access. You don't have easy access, don't have good customer service those things can't be hidden under 2-4 high start reviews, it's gradually declined your client base.

The worst app ever! It is impossible to get the assistance except for the malfunctioning bot. It falsely displays the unpaid bills as paid until they expire, and it would not let me change the payment method, there is an error every time. Ever since my old card expired I had to pay for the bills manually, which I can do only after they expire. Worst experience!

1. No language selection option, only Italian. If you're coming from somewhere else, this is a huge headache to figure out. 2. No option to call support directly, only Whatsapp bot, also only in Italian 3. User interface: the person who created all these menus and submenus and sub-submenus is the antichrist in the human flesh. Overall the service is great, I have home wi-fi and cellphone card from them, and internet works great on both. But the MyFastweb app and website, are it's biggest con.
