About this app

The app + Florence offers citizens the opportunity to send, through their mobile device (smartphone or tablet), reports on the maintenance of public spaces and urban degradation in general.

The system also offers:

- the possibility of georeferencing the signal, through interaction with the municipal road or pointing directly to a specific point on the city map
- describe the problem that is being reported
- appropriately categorize the report with respect to the type (roads, public green, waste, urban wrecks, wall lettering, etc.)
- accompany the report of photos that document the status of fact
- solicit the intervention by inserting additional notes to the report sent previously
- monitor the progress of the messages sent.

To be able to send new reports you need to make a registration that requires few essential data, including your name and email address, necessary for account activation.
