Specifically designed for people who are deaf or have communication difficulties, it allows you to contact the Operations Center of the Municipal Police of the City of Florence in a simple, immediate, and inclusive way.

How it works: simple, quick, and visual

Sending a report with Segn@la is intuitive and requires no phone calls or complex texts. A few guided steps allow you to communicate situations such as accidents without injuries or illegal parking through a fully visual experience:

Accessible tools: Intuitive icons, guided tours, and videos in sign language guide the user through every step.

Geolocation and multimedia: You can share your GPS location and attach photos or videos, providing the Operations Center with precise details for rapid response.

Real-time traceability: Communication continues after sending. Users can follow the progress of their report, from its receipt to completion.

Security and Reliability

To ensure maximum data protection and controlled use of the service, access to the app is exclusively through digital identity (SPID or CIE). Direct integration with the Local Police systems ensures efficient, transparent, and traceable management of every request.

Who can use the app and how do I activate it?

To ensure maximum service effectiveness, the application is not open to all. Segn@la is intended exclusively for deaf people who meet one of the following requirements:

Be a member of a professional association that has submitted a specific request to the Local Police of the Municipality of Florence.

Request your name directly from the Local Police of the Municipality of Florence to be included in the list of authorized users.
