worked great at first, put the code in and it opened the hotel door. Had to change hotel rooms because of a water leak and doesn't work anymore. Tried to input a new code and it didn't update the mobile key trying to put in the code again and it denies use of the code more than once.... Hotel staff are completely useless and have told me several times links have been sent, the last one came the second day during my stay, so I expect the third one to come after I check out. Get a key card.

Awful app used by an even more awful hotel because this is 'quicker and easier' than a room key card - it really isn't. Hotels which insist on this over a key card are on my 'do not book with' list. Phone battery flat or you lose/break phone and you can't get into your room. Hotel back up if this happens - a room key card. Now if only hotels would think of giving these cards which don't need battery power to work to guests on check in...oh wait most already do.

Horrible experience. Unable to open my room. Have a Note 20 Ultra running Android 12. Lock flashes yellow once. Doesn't open. Also, if the Flexipass app is closed, and I reopen it, it asks for the code again, but then tells me I need to ask for a new code. (Doesn't keep the code). Waste of time.

We made a mistake and sorry about this. During the update process we encountered an error. This has now been resolved with the latest APP update. CODES are for security reasons only valid once. Contact your accommodation provider for a new CODE or keycard.
