About this app

FunBoat is the onboard dashboard for those who go out on a boat: always know where you are,
how much fuel you have left to return, and if today's sea is right for you.

Designed for pleasure boating and sport fishing, it is designed for
real use on board: high contrast for direct sunlight, large numbers
readable at a glance, large controls for wet hands.

POINT OF NO RETURN ALARM
The calculation no one mentally does while fishing: FunBoat monitors
fuel, distance from base, and actual consumption, and warns you when it's time
to turn around. With a configurable reserve and a margin for the
return route, because at sea you never go in a straight line.

NAUTICAL CHART, EVEN WITHOUT A NET
Cartography with contour lines, lighthouses, buoys, and shallows. The areas you need are
downloaded before setting sail and remain on your phone: offshore, the map continues
to work even without signal.

WEATHER THAT GIVES AN EVALUATION, NOT JUST NUMBERS
Wind, gusts, waves, and time period hour by hour, translated into a risk percentage
calibrated to YOUR boat and YOUR limits. It doesn't just tell you "16 knots from the
north": it tells you if it's worth going out today and in what time window.

FISHING DIARY WITH RECOGNITION
You photograph your catch and the app recognizes the species, estimates the size, and reminds you
of the minimum legal size. Each catch is recorded with its location, time, and
current conditions, so over time you understand where and when the best fishing is.

Shallows, wrecks, lucky fishing spots, moorings: mark them once and
you'll always find them, along with the route and distance to return.
