Very bad, my insurance expired, trying to renew but I forgot my password and username I have called to reset the password and username, they can't even help they keeping on saying that they're going to send email to reset it but they won't send anything, Please right I want them to stop the contract I don't need it anymore. Please 🙏

The worst app ever. I have 2 motorbikes with them. But genertel has 2 software systems. Unfriendly log in. Confusing istructions. Nothing is clear. The only reason you could choose such an insurance is because you can suspend it in winter otherwise is a disaster. But is normal considering is Italy where things do not work and they charge extra.

Great step forward! I'm historically insured w. Genertel and frankly didn't bother to install the app, that was until now. The new app is well made and benefits a lot from being "simplified". There's room for improvement btw but it's nice to see things are improving a lot! (Shameless plug: I know some of the dev team members professionally)
