GREEK OF SALENTO: The Digital and Interactive Archive of "Greek Roots".

Greek of Salento (or Grico) is a linguistic treasure of Salento Greece that is at risk of extinction. This application, developed by the Rizegrike.com project, was created with a purely cultural and educational goal: to become the most comprehensive educational resource for anyone who wants to study and pass on this language.
The app is completely free and free of any advertising.
Its unique strength is the vast collection of original dialogues and audio recordings by native Grico speakers. The learning experience is designed to be effective:
Reading with Highlighting: As the audio clip plays, the application highlights the corresponding line of text in real time (Grico transcription) to facilitate sound-writing associations and improve comprehension.
Trilingual Resource: Each passage is accompanied by a transcription in Grico, a full translation into Italian, and in many cases also a translation into Modern Greek.
The app offers dynamic consultation tools:
Interactive Grico/Italian Dictionary: Search for thousands of terms. If a term appears in the dialogues, an immediate link will redirect you to the specific passage to listen to it in context.

Declensions, Conjugations, and Morphology: Complete tables for nouns, adjectives, and verbs. Like the dictionary, consulting a verb will allow you to jump directly to a dialogue in which the verb is used.
Continuously Updated: The app's database is constantly updated with the cultural archive of the Rizegrike.com website.
