MyHera is the completely free app for Hera Group residential customers, allowing you to manage all your supplies wherever and whenever you want.
Download it now and log in with the credentials you already use for Online Services if you're a registered user, or create a new account.
With the app, you can:
- View your bill archive for services managed by the Hera Group
- Pay your bills directly online, using various methods and in complete security
- Monitor your actual consumption, down to the hourly details if you have a 2G meter
- Perform self-reading
- Activate electronic bill delivery and direct debit
- View Bollett@Smart directly from your bill details (if you have activated electronic bill delivery)
- View the Hera points, your supplies, and the nearest drop-off and charging stations on a map
- Access #genHERAZIONI, the program that rewards your sustainable actions
- Activate/access the Consumption Diary
- Access the Acquologo and Rifiutologo apps.

- Check average water quality values ​​at the addresses where the service is active.

Through the app, you can also contact us to:
- receive assistance with contracts and payments
- learn about new commercial offers
- activate the bulky waste collection service
- submit environmental reports
- notify emergency services in the event of water mains failures.

Ratings and reviews

There is no way to pay directly and it's a hassle when I have an expired payment. Hope you'll improve in the future. I'm suggesting you to have a direct payment in your application.

This app is not very useful, I tried several times activating direct debit and the app says everything is ok. When yhe time to pay comes, I always have a lot of problems and after 6 different bills that didn't work, the 4th person from the support I was talking with told me there is a specific module for non-italian ibans. Why the app didn't suggest it? It's a VERY easy pattern match.

WATCHOUT they need you to use autolettura "manual entry" or else they'll charge you an estimate big bill. It's not working well, somehow the company can read our gas meters automatically, but yet it plays, they don't put in in receipt and put estimate instead which is irritating and unbearable. It happened first month and a huge bill came that I had to start using the manual entry of readings or otherwise I'd lose money.
