About this app

To open the covers of the new street bins and dispose of your waste, you can use the Veritas RifiutiSmart app, without having the keys with you!
The app works in the municipalities served by Veritas where the new bins have already been installed and new keys have been delivered, we are installing them in the area served: you can check the municipalities where the service is already active below.

****** To use the app, you must be registered on the SOL Veritas Online Help Desk and use the same access credentials: this will allow you to automatically view the keys associated with your waste contract.******

After logging in with your SOL Veritas account for the first time only, to confer via the app you just need to:
1. Check that you have activated Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the app;
2. Activate the cap, using the appropriate button on the front;
3. Select the key you want to use;
4. When the cap is unlocked, dispose of your waste correctly, paying attention to the sorting;
5. Close the cap by returning the lever to its initial position.

The new shells are currently available in the following municipalities:
• Mirano
• Noale
• Salzano
• Scorzè
• Spinea
• Only for nappies and nappies: Campagna Lupia, Campolongo Maggiore, Camponogara, Fossò and Vigonovo

And in the following Municipalities of the Municipality of Venice:
• Chirignago
• Favaro Veneto
• Zelarino

This list will be updated as new installations continue and citizens will be promptly informed as soon as the service is also available in their territory.
